The New Mexico Humane Conference is hosted by Animal Humane | New Mexico, with the assistance of other
New Mexico animal shelters (see Sponsors page). The first New Mexico Humane Conference was held in 2006. Animal
Humane | New Mexico acts as the fiscal agent for the conference. The conference is designed to bring educational opportunities and the chance to meet
others in the field for all those working in or volunteering for animal shelters, rescue organizations and other organizations and companies that deal with
companion animals.
